We recently purchased our luxury vinyl flooring from Carolina Wood Flooring and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The flooring itself is excellent quality and looks beautiful in our home. Andrew, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Carolina Wood Flooring offers a wide selection of styles and top-quality products, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for new floors. Great service, great options, and great results!

Purchased roughly 1,800 sq. ft. of quality (north of $3/sq.ft.) engineered hardwood floors. Was installed by a professional. I’m very experienced nothing but headaches from all of the scratches that are building up because of very, and I mean very, little traffic on these floors. I’ve tried to resolve it with the customer service team there, but they are trying to find excuses as to why they are getting scratched so easily. For those concerned buyers, feel free to ask me for pictures as proof. This company does not stand by their products. Extremely dissatisfied never again customer??????

Curtis Stone - The Realtor

I used Caroline Wood Flooring to self-install 400 sqft of oak flooring throughout my house and their customer service, selection, and prices were unbeatable. I even returned months later for a couple scrap pieces and they were able to set me up without any hassle. These guys are an easy recommendation for any flooring project :)

Since I live in out-of-state, my interaction with the staff at Carolina Wood Flooring was by phone and email. They always took time to answer my calls and emails promptly. Roman G. was our main contact person; he listened to my concerns about payment and shipping without getting annoyed :) He offered various options that made me comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase. The product arrived in good shape and the full, correct order. I just wish installing the flooring would be as fast and easy as ordering it was...!!!

Went to CWF to purchase a variety of wood flooring to make an accent wall in my living room. Everyone was very helpful in assisting me with picking out the different types of flooring need for my project. I am very please with the quality of the wood.
