Priority Flooring & Design

This is my second time using Priority Flooring! I’ve used them in 2021 to do my whole entire downstairs floor in my house and they did LVF Flooring and then I used them again in August 2025 and they did Luxury Vinyl Flooring (LVF) on my entire upstairs floor and pulled up my carpet. They did an amazing job on bot! It was seamless and it was all done in one day. I also had some leaks in my roof and they came out and repaired that and then also offered me a payment plan for that since I was a repeat customer. They do so many different things and my next project will be to have them do some painting in my home. They are so professional timely and really work with you and doing an amazing job. I would 1000% recommend Priority Flooring for all of your home restoration needs!

Edem took our deposit of $3150 to remove popcorn ceiling and paint the entire ceiling for our home. He hired out a couple who put on his company shirt and did a horrible job with dripping paint and scraping into the ceiling. The couple he hired to scrape the popcorn off came back to our house demanding payment, because Edem NEVER paid them. Basically Edem took on the job he could not do, took the deposit, tried to hire other people for a lower rate. He promised to show up 8/12/24 to fix and complete the job, we waited and no one show up and no communication. He lied in his email saying I did not want him to complete the job. He is a con-man, he breached the contract and is highly unprofessional and unethical.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Priority Flooring & Design for a painting project in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Priority Flooring & Design demonstrated the utmost professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. From the initial consultation, it was clear that Priority Flooring & Design takes pride in their work. They provided a thorough and competitive estimate, taking the time to understand my vision and offering valuable suggestions to enhance the outcome. The communication throughout the project was excellent; Priority Flooring & Design kept me informed at every stage and was always available to address any questions or concerns. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Priority Flooring & Design and their team arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized workspace. The precision and care taken in preparing surfaces, selecting the right materials, and applying the paint were evident in the flawless finish. The colors are vibrant, the lines are sharp, and the overall transformation of my home is stunning. What truly sets Priority Flooring & Design apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with every detail, making adjustments as needed without hesitation. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Priority Flooring & Design to anyone in need of a reliable, talented, and dedicated painting work. Their exceptional work has not only improved the appearance of my home but also added to its value. Thank you, Priority Flooring & Design, for a job well done!

I’m not the type that leaves reviews but I guess there’s a first to everything. Before I decided to do my floors I did lot of research because I want to make sure I was getting the best service out there for my money . Edem and his team made it easier for me because they were very knowledgeable and professional and also affordable as well. They showed up on time as promised and did the entire job in one day. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was good before they left. They even throw in a bonus floor cleaning mop which was very thoughtful . I will definitely use their service again. Priority Flooring gave me a piece of mind. I have had the new floors for about 4 months now and they look like they were done today.
