We’ve hired Carpet Plus twice now and had an excellent experience both times.1st time: Carpet install in our newly remodeled loft. Working with the sales team was easy and the installation crew did a quality job.2nd time: LVP install on our kitchen floor. Once again the sales team was great to work with—specifically Brian Shelton. He made great recommendations and found a quality LVP that fit our budget.There was a bit of a mishap the day of the install. The crew arrived but then left after saying they had nowhere to park due to snow / ice. I called Carpet Plus and they quickly rescheduled for the next day. Another crew came and did a wonderful job.Very happy with both experiences. We plan on hiring them for all our future flooring needs.

Truly fantastic experience from start to finish! Stacey was a pleasure to work with; so nice and super knowledgeable!! We had a stair runner installed, which required a 90 deg turn. The installers did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the result! Highly recommend!!
