I have dealt with the supply house in the customer service area , and have always received above par solutions and results !I would highly recommend to anyone. !!!
I bought a 60$ tile scraper. After a few minutes use i see that its not correct for the job. It chips and bangs against the tiles while a slimmer tool with no raised edge by the blade slips under the tiles and easily pops em up.. I take it back the next day and offer to pay for the blade if they will take it back. He says they cant take a return if its been used. How would you find out if it works or not without trying it? Im guessing they make 20$ or less profit on a 60$ tool, you'd think a repeat customer's satisfaction would be worth more than that. I guess the money matters more. I lost way more than 20$ yesterday fighting with an incorrectly designed tool for the job. A flatter scraper at home depot for 29$ did way better.I noticed their scraper breaks the tiles up a lot more than the flatter less expensive scraper at home depot. That would create a lot more dust and if the tiles are old asbestos tiles that would be a serious preventable health hazard. Hope that doesnt create a laibility for them.
