From start to finish, Direct Flooring has been wonderful! Our salesman Luke approached us immediately upon entering the showroom and he was very informative about the flooring options for our needs. Once a decision was made, Luke set us up for an estimate the same day. Mike (sales/estimator) came out to measure the area and offered a quote a short time later. We accepted the quote, at which time instillation was scheduled for the following day! Other flooring companies we spoke with could not even get estimators out within a week’s time so we were excited knowing the install would be fast. Joe, Martin, and Payton came out the next morning to install the flooring. The carpet was removed and they began installing the new flooring. The install was seamless. All 3 were professional, skilled, and showed attention to detail. The area was cleaned before they left, and Mike followed up to confirm installation was done to our satisfaction. We recommend Direct Flooring 100%!!!!!
We had an AMAZING experience with Direct Flooring! Clarissa assisted us during the process and she was so helpful and accommodating. We drove to their Hixson location, but due to staffing they were closed a bit earlier. This was around 4:15pm, and we called the main location in Rossville. Clarissa answered and told us she would assist us and stay a bit later so we could drive across town to take a look at the options they had. She welcomed us when we arrived and showed us all of the options they had available for our budget. We ended up going with the LVP flooring in Acadia and we couldn’t be more happy! They give their customers two weeks to pickup, but they also do delivery. They don’t have a 5 star average and 650+ reviews for no reason! Definitely a level of customer service you couldn’t get at Lowe’s or Home Depot, thank you so much for our new floors, Clarissa!
Michael and the entire team at Direct flooring have been easy to work with and have demonstrated the best customer service from the measurement of my home for flooring to being willing to sell me what I needed and as I needed for my home remodel as I have limited space ! I asked for delivery to my home and they agreed and provided just that with nice folks that care about the customer. Hard to find that all the time these days. DEFINITELY ????????????
Great work. I had Mike's team come in and replace some old office carpetting for a project I was doing. During the phase 1 of project the concrete floor was bad shape in places. The team came in and use leveling compound to correct everything for the new carpet. During the second phase they add five offices in a conference room knocked out in 2 days. His works hard and do a great job.
Flooring looks amazing. U clips was very very finicky installing. 4 months in keep in mind my home got a full remodel the Prep was perfect. I put down over 1500 square feet, But there’s ALOT of pieces that have separated 4 months after it was installed . They claimed it was scratch resistant. The flooring absolutely sucks when it comes to being scratch resistant. The “high” quality you think you’re getting. I promise you it’s not high quality. It’s cheap junk. And another ick is they claim there floor doesn’t require an under layment. This flooring does not sit flat what so ever. It wants to bow up. Absolutely will not be using this store again!
