Floor Coverings International Chattanooga

Finding reliable, fair help feels like a challenge these days, which is why I value reviews as a tool to reward honest work and help others find the right people. We recently hired Floor Coverings International to pull up carpet and install hardwood flooring in one of our rooms. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, these guys were total pros. They were punctual, worked quickly, and kept a very neat workspace. The finished product wasn't just perfect—it was spotless. They left the room so clean it was as if they’d never been there. The speed of their work was astounding given the high quality of the result. Furthermore, their pricing is very reasonable; they provide a fair estimate and stick to it without any 'bloated' hidden costs. As you can see from my review history, I only give five stars when they are truly earned. These guys definitely earned them.

We just came back from our holiday vacation, and Josh and his team at Flooring Coverings International took care of replacing the carpet in our home while we were away. Everything turned out beautifully, we absolutely love how it looks. All the bedrooms feel much more spacious, the house is brighter, and the quality of the work truly shows. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. We highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for great service and excellent results.

Floor Coverings International is a great place to get your flooring. A representative came out first and measured our master bedroom and explained everything upfront. He brought samples of the LVP for us to choose from. The installers were very professional and did a perfect job. They moved a heavy dresser while installing which we appreciated because we are older. We’re very happy with our beautiful floors! They look fantastic. The price was very good and the LVP is great quality.

5 star+ What an incredible bathroom renovation!!! From the original consultation with Nate, to meeting with Tom (the project manager) who I felt comfort in knowing he understood my vision, held my hand thru a process I was unfamiliar with, delivered, and Santos and crew who performed a meticulous job. This whole experience exceeded my expectations! I was reassured throughout the process with exceptionally clear and concise communication on any questions, concerns, or progress. I delayed this project with the fear that I wouldn’t end up with what I wanted- a wasted investment. I received the opposite! The work crew performed such clean work in their attention to detail. They also maintained an exceptionally clean work environment throughout the process. The few times there was a question in the process, they made sure that they checked in with me to stay on track to ensure the delivery of my vision. Communication was incredible and to me that is invaluable. Also, the crew worked hard to complete the job in an exceptionally fast time without compromising quality. Check out my amazing before and after and completed in less than 2 weeks! I’m going to go be talking up Floor Coverings International to anyone and everyone and I can’t wait to start my next home renovation project with them! Blown away!
