The speed of their work was astounding given the high quality of the result. Floor Coverings International is a great place to get your flooring. A representative came out first and measured our master bedroom and explained everything upfront. He brought samples of the LVP for us to choose from. The installers were very professional and did a perfect job. They moved a heavy dresser while installing which we appreciated because we are older. We’re very happy with our beautiful floors! They look fantastic. The price was very good and the LVP is great quality.

From the original consultation with Nate, to meeting with Tom (the project manager) who I felt comfort in knowing he understood my vision, held my hand thru a process I was unfamiliar with, delivered, and Santos and crew who performed a meticulous job. This whole experience exceeded my expectations! I was reassured throughout the process with exceptionally clear and concise communication on any questions, concerns, or progress. I delayed this project with the fear that I wouldn’t end up with what I wanted- a wasted investment. I received the opposite! The work crew performed such clean work in their attention to detail. They also maintained an exceptionally clean work environment throughout the process. The few times there was a question in the process, they made sure that they checked in with me to stay on track to ensure the delivery of my vision. Communication was incredible and to me that is invaluable. Also, the crew worked hard to complete the job in an exceptionally fast time without compromising quality.
