The owner Brad went above and beyond, helping me choose carpeting I love and finding the same line as our old hardwood flooring to match it perfectly, then working with the mill on quality issues and getting us a satisfactory resolution. The installers did fantastic work. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Pricing was comparable to other stores in town. Would recommend Key Flooring to anyone.
Brad and Joe were very helpful in assisting me in picking out the best engineered hardwood and carpet for my budget, and then again when my financial situation changed. We recently utilized Key Flooring of Chattanooga to replace and upgrade the existing flooring throughout our entire house. We were a bit stressed about such a large project, Brad helped to alleviate our concerns. We picked up several flooring option samples at their showroom and when we decided on specifics, he came to our home for measurements and provided an estimate Brad was very professional, personable and provided an installation date soon thereafter.His installation crew consisted of Chris, River, and Sandra. They were professional and very competent, communicating plans throughout the process and kept the installation areas as clean as possible. An excellent experience overall, we are very pleased with the new look of the flooring and would highly recommend Key Flooring of Chattanooga.
It was the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Joe was professional extremely helpful and accommodating. The store has many sections and I was able to find exactly what I wanted with no fuss with Joe’s and my contractors (Willam with a Petra) help. If I need more flooring they will be the place I choose.
Brad at Key Flooring was very professional, personable, and responsive. He had a great selection at his showroom and even brought us samples (based on what I had told him I liked over the phone) up to the house to see when he came over to provide an estimate. His estimate was fair and his installation date was on schedule. His installation team was made up of a guy named River and a guy named Chris who were also very friendly and did a good job cleaning up after themselves and even proactively asked if there was anything that was not to our liking with the carpet installation that they could adjust before they left. They even left the extra for us to potentially make rugs from. Great overall experience, and the house looks so much better with our new flooring. Thanks again for your help. Very trustworthy team and just all around good people who are deserving of your flooring business!
