We went to (2) different spots before heading to Avalon. Tried a small local spot to support local business, but despite advertised as open, they were closed. We also tried "Floor & Decor" but walked around for 30mins and nobody ever threatened to greet us, help us. We walked into Avalon, was greeted right away, then introduced to our salesperson Janet Bruno who was so helpful, knew exactly how to guide the experience with the questions she asked, was kind, friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. I can’t state enough what a fantastic experience we had at Avalon Flooring in Cherry Hill with our sales consultant Rota. We were purchasing special order tile from Italy for our shower renovation. She took great care to go over the overall aesthetic, all of the measurements and explained the best way to special order the quantity of tiles we required. Avalon Flooring has made my two bathroom renovations go very smoothly. I ordered all the tile and flooring from them. Everyone has been wonderful to work with, especially Tim, the person we ordered everything from. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We have needed extra tile twice so far , very easy to order extra of what we needed and get pretty quickly. Highly recommend them.
