This was my second time purchasing tile for bathrooms, and once again Floor & Decor exceeded my expectations. My designer, Ayleen Hernandez-Sanchez was incredibly helpful, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She offered great ideas, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Ayleen was truly a pleasure to work with, and her guidance made all the difference. I highly recommend working with her if you’re planning a tile project.
We’ve used them for several renovation projects, and their in-stock inventory makes it easy to keep jobs moving. Porcelain tile and contractor-grade LVP options are especially good.

I had a pleasant surprise this morning with tile I had to return. With customer service not being great these days I was not expecting a good response. I was wrong, Jamar took care of everything for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to this store for any future purchases
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with quality. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and have purchased many items from Floor & Decor in the past. From flooring to bathroom tiles to cabinets, you name it I’ve purchased it there ! Unfortunately, my experience with the DuraLux flooring has been nothing short of frustrating.For reference I purchased approximately 1,400 sq. Of this dura lux floor. It was installed 2 months ago. I found multiple pieces that were unusable due to poor quality straight from the box, And while I thought it would make more sense to continue with the replacing with placement of floors Instead of paying for more labor costs to remove everything I wish I hadn’t . This is not an insulation issue. This is a quality issue.While the brand claims to offer a warranty, I’ve come to realize that it’s extremely misleading . there are numerous exclusions and conditions that make it almost impossible to receive proper support or resolution.As someone who consistently shops with and supports this company, I expected far better treatment and accountability. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my view of Floor & Decor. Had I known the flooring quality and warranty process would be this disappointing, I never would have purchased or installed it throughout my home. This is an ethical Issue this floor is being advertised as a durable luxury vinyl floor and this is not the case. I’ve spent thousands of dollars of labor cost replacing this floor as well as purchasing this material.Buyers, beware the warranty of ur lvp not as straightforward as advertised, and the product quality may not meet your expectations. I truly hope Floor & Decor improves both its product standards and customer care moving forward.As far as the service in-store, I’ve always had a great experience it’s truly unfortunate that They couldn’t make things right.
