Friendly, listened to what we wanted, showed us samples and arranged an installer gave me a price and we got our new kitchen floor installed today. Floor Trader was recommended by our flooring pro, H&P Flooring. It was indeed a great recommendation. We worked with Josh and he did a great job on the floor answering our questions and educating us on the products we were interested in. There was zero pressure and lots of good info. We left with several samples. Once we made our decision and got our pro's requirements, we submitted them to Josh, he quickly put it all together and gave us an accurate quote. He then called us back a couple of times to let us know the status of our order and when things would be shipped. It was all a very seamless and pleasant process. Floor trader crushed this job for me! They were by far the most cost efficient between 3 separate companies that I got quotes from and they had the quickest availability (same week as request). The quality of the material is great and the installation was timely. My family, including my shepherd, are very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Floor Trader! Josh was extremely patient, especially because I’m incredibly indecisive. He pulled out tons of options and moved it around in the different lighting. Ended up going with a beautiful vinyl and couldn’t be happier! I’ll be coming back to Floor Trader when we’re ready to replace the carpets upstairs.
