We have had a great experience with Susan at ProSource. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and efficient. Don’t waste your time in the big box stores where you’re on your own ot if you do find someone to help you they’re inexperienced and unhelpful. My husband and I walked in on a whim while looking at some new flooring for out kitchen and half bath, and we are so glad we did! We were super happy to have worked with Veda as our account manager, and she was very communicative and quick when we needed something.We actually found a sample at another store from a Brand that we knew ProSource carried. We simply asked if Veda could order it for us and also price match another invoice we got. She immediately got the answers we were looking for with no issue.10/10 experience.
Nothing but a positive experience! Everyone at ProSource is so professional and HELPFUL!! They really take time to help you make design decisions. I cannot say enough about how helpful they are. They went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable. The guys who came and installed my countertops were very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. My kitchen isn't finished yet, but here are a few photos the cabinets and countertops. I love ProSource, and recommend them to all my friends and family!
