Michael (not the owner) was so easy to work with. We selected our product, he emailed us when a sale started so we could stay on budget, and it was installed the day after it arrived in the warehouse. The installers were efficient and very careful with our home and furniture. Perfect experience, start to finish!

I am completely satisfied by the customer service I received from Michaels Flooring! We had an issue and the manager of Michaels worked tirelessly to make it right for us as a go between with the manufacture and store ownership. They didn’t stop until we were taken care of. It took patience on our part but they worked behind the scenes to come to a satisfactory conclusion. My parents are completely thrilled with their new vinyl plank flooring and it is absolutely beautiful!
I highly recommend Michael's for all your flooring needs. The staff are excellent and professional and Kim was wonderful to work with, helping me navigate what hardwood options are available and I ultimately picked an enginerred hardwood for my front room. The installer's are amazing as well, very experienced, and completed the project in a timely manner. I am very happy with my choice and I again highly recommend giving Michael's an opportunity for any of your flooring needs.
