I’ve used Troy Flooring multiple times, most recently on my new construction home build. I had them come back, when I finished my basement. Jordyn helped me pick everything out! From start to finish she was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that fit best in my home. I recommend this company over and over from the sales team to the installers, you won’t be disappointed!
As a contractor, I normally use Troy Flooring for material only.However, I had them do a wood refinish for a customer of mine. My customer was extremely happy with the finished product.They were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner to get my customers back into their home. From start to finish; the salesgirl handled all our needs! Highly recommend.
Do t use this company extremely in organized. Used their sister company in Troy, mo nothing but problems. Not even an attempt to contact me on the issues with my build after they took picks.
