So happy with Ortiz Flooring! Communication was great and the team was polite and professional. They worked very well around my small children and pets. I will be choosing them again when we want to do other rooms.

Juan and Vicente are so skilled at wood flooring restoration. We had water damage from the laundry room that we thought had destroyed our 25 year-old kitchen floor. But they restored it to a beautiful finish and the color is more beautiful than we could have imagined. They are both friendly and kind, Juan’s wife and sister, included. We could not be happier with the results and we appreciate their professionalism and excellent communication from start to finish. We highly recommend Ortiz Wood Flooring LLC.

Juan did a great job refinishing our floors and was very professional and fast. He also had the best rates in Cheyenne. We’ll definitely hire him for the next job.

I can not say enough good things about these gentlemen. I recently purchased a home and the floors were in utter disrepair as well as damaged by pet urine not only was they able to transform my floors but to remove the smell from cat urine and so reasonable. Juan and Edgar were a God send for sure if you choose this company you won’t be disappointed.
