After a flood in our home, we had to replace over 6,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. Because the wood comes directly from their factory, we were able to get a much better price without sacrificing quality. Unhappy with the quality/price of white oak flooring I could find in the Metro Washington DC area, I landed on James Pureza's social media site. Acting as DIY contractor, I called James who took the time to explain why his French sourced white Oak was the best looking out there and how he saves me money as we cut out the middle man with wood sourced from France sent to his warehouse and directly to my house. On a budget, I first ordered 7' oak planks for my first floor and a year or so later finished my top floor. James is such a nice guy to work with, providing guidance each step of the way. With the help of his wood, I turned around and sold my builder's grade house netting over a million dollars in the process. If you choose Pureza you will NOT be sorry. I upgraded to a new house and plan to redo all the floors again with Pureza wood flooring ensuring I will turn a profit when I eventually sell again. Absolutely love his wood flooring!
