Incident Recap:I was confirmed for an appointment at 8AM (FYI, it was a specific start time and not a window), the tech did not come. I wasn’t able to get a hold of their office until they opened. They said the tech called me and will call me again to confirm their arrival (this is untrue as there had been no phone call). The tech randomly knocked on my door closer to 10:30AM. Left multiple damages, when confronted the tech called his “boss” and spoke in a foreign language. Won’t let me talk to his “boss” and told me to wait for a phone call (that call also never came). When he left, I emailed the office and they provided a delayed response of “here is the time stamped photo”. I asked for the other screenshot to prove it wasn’t altered, but there was no support and I was redirected then later ignored. The tech did not take pics before starting the work. The pic that was provided was the pic he took after I showed the damages to him. If the pic was from before the work, why didn’t he bring the damages to my attention before starting? If it was a misunderstanding, why didn’t he let his boss talk to me? The above experience leads to the suspicion of unprofessional conduct. I understand the tech was a third party contractor, but I was disappointed in Atmosphere’s initial response when I had brought this to their attention.EDIT: After leaving the review and reaching out to higher management, Atmosphere has finally responded and will be reviewing my case.- As of April 2025, the damages to my home has been addressed. Despite the eventual outcome, this incident should have never occurred. I will never regain the time I had spent on this incident. It is assuring to know that Eric & Chris Klaassen are sensible people and had taken the steps to assume accountability for my experience.
Service the way it should be!We found tile elsewhere and they were able to get it in for us in a few short days.Scheduled the install for a few days after that. Entire process was under 2 weeks.I have tiled myself, and have hired professional tile setters as well. I am incredibly picky and notice little details immediately. I must say that Jesse the installer absolutely knocked it out of the park. I could not be more impressed with his precision and artistic eye. Working with 2'x4' large format tiles is a nightmare and it turned out perfect. The picture does it no justice, it still needs to be cleaned up.You can tell this company legitimately cares about providing a great experience. They followed up to see how things went within 2 hours of completion. WOW
I highly recommend Atmosphere! Great experience from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable about all of their product and was able to provide us with helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. The most important part, the floors and carpet look amazing! The installation teams were top notch. I will definitely be using them when I finish the rest of our home.
We ordered flooring from Atmosphere because of price. We will return because of service. We ordered enough tile to do our house. They called us early to say that it had arrived. We drove 4 hours to pick it up, then 4 hours home where we discovered that we were 8 cartons short. We phoned immediately to ask why and these folks bent over backwards to make things right. They even delivered the product to our home! Stuff happens but it isn't often a company admits a mistake and fixes it so well they get a 5 star rating. Bravo Atmosphere.
