Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and we got a great deal on our flooring. We went to quite a few retailers and ultimately Ritz was the one we picked because of the service. The whole process was very smooth. We ended up getting a laminate floor that made sense for our family, it was delivered quickly to our home, and the product itself is fantastic so far. We took quite a few samples home, but sure enough, the one Dave said we would go with is the one we selected - he knows what he's talking about! Will come back when I need more flooring, and would recommend Ritz to anyone looking as well.

This is our second time dealing with Ritz and we couldn’t be happier! We needed new carpet for our stairs that would be durable but still look luxurious…Ritz has a wonderful selection and the carpet was made in Canada! The installers did an awesome job…so efficient and tidy. Dealing with Ritz is always a pleasure…they will be my go-to for any future flooring needs…I highly recommend…
