Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and we got a great deal on our flooring. We went to quite a few retailers and ultimately Ritz was the one we picked because of the service. The whole process was very smooth. We ended up getting a laminate floor that made sense for our family, it was delivered quickly to our home, and the product itself is fantastic so far. We took quite a few samples home, but sure enough, the one Dave said we would go with is the one we selected - he knows what he's talking about! Will come back when I need more flooring, and would recommend Ritz to anyone looking as well.
