Floor & Decor

I’m a homeowner and had been using the other Floor & Decor in San Diego as my go-to store. Honestly, every visit left me frustrated. The customer service was consistently poor, and I usually walked out regretting the trip. One of my contractors suggested I try the Chula Vista location instead, and I’m so glad I did. What a difference. The customer service, helpfulness, kindness, and overall environment were on another level. It actually felt customer-focused. Everyone genuinely wanted to help, not just go through the motions. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the guys who loaded my truck, Enzo and Daniel. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was loaded safely and exactly how I wanted it. This is officially my new Floor & Decor. I’m stoked.

Customer service at this store is definitely at the highest levels. Go there if you want a good shopping experience for your home remodeling needs. The team is very professional, helpful and kind. I needed some help creating changes with different purchases that my clients made, and they took care of everything in the best way possible. Thank you, Mr Alex the manager and everyone else. ??

I came into the store a little clueless just browsing around with some ideas in my head of what I wanted for my bathroom remodel. I was approached by Andrea a designer here and she helped me make the rough idea in my head come to life. The design process had so many small details I over looked and didn’t even realize were needed. I’m very thankful that she helped me because I don’t think I would have been happy with my purchase with out the guidance of a profesional. Thank you Andrea!

Amazing store, great options, and a lot of display samples to see. 10/10 customer service from Ezequiel today. He helped us get the needed SQFT for our bathroom shower. Ezequiel told us great recommendations and even sampled the grout color for us. This was the first time me and my husband came to this store and we would definitely come back.
