When Mike came over to provide a quote, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism.He then invited my wife and me to his showroom, and it was a great experience. There were many options to choose from, and Mike did an excellent job helping us narrow down the type and color of flooring that best fit our home. We were even able to take samples home and lay them out in different rooms to see how they looked in our space.Once we selected the flooring, Mike and his crew got started on the demolition right away. I had a great experience working with Sergio at SoCal Carpet & Flooring Inc. I was in urgent need of a floor trim and carpet for our bedroom closet as we were preparing to sell our home. Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. While he didn’t have the exact trim I was looking for, he generously gave me a similar one at no charge just to help me out which I truly appreciated.What really stood out was how prompt and efficient he was. He understood the urgency and had his team Carlos and his son out to my home the same day! I can't recommend Sergio and SoCal Carpets & Floorcovering enough. Sergio came in and really took the time to understand what I wanted done, came with samples to look at, and worked with me to get a great price. The job lasted longer than the original estimate due to a demo issue, but Sergio didn't charge any more than the additional quote, he wanted to make sure that the job was done perfect. Their installers were great. Always came on time and made sure that their work was done perfect. They do jobs all over San Diego, so if you need flooring done for a reasonable price with pristine quality and excellent customer service, call SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering and Sergio!
