A step above flooring did such a great job on our flooring project. They were professional, timely and most importantly our new floor has transformed our lower level into a truly beautiful and sophisticated space.

Our experience with A Step Above Flooring could not have been any better! From my first phone call with Marty through the design selection process with Lydia and the installation of our flooring I was more than pleased. All the decisions about style, color, and product type could have been overwhelming but Lydia made it so easy to choose and really fun, which I think it should be, but often isn't. As usually happens in home improvement projects we ran into some unforeseen difficulties. Marty was really great, calming me down (lol) and getting the situation taken care of quickly. Our installation techs were all so friendly and efficient. I absolutely love our flooring and I felt that I made a couple of new friends along the way. There is no other place you should consider for your flooring needs.

I had the most amazing experience with Lydia and the entire Step above Flooring team. I contacted Lydia a year before to walk through my home with me to plan and price out what I was looking for. She quickly provided estimates of LVP and carpet that exceeded my requests. She remained in contact with me as I went through the planning process. She paid attention to my home layout, paint colors, every detail to help me select the best flooring for my home. I’m so grateful she explained the process from start to finish. She provided wonderful suggestions that would complement my home and align with my needs. She was so patient as I asked more and more questions and stayed with me during the entire process.
I highly recommend Lydia her professionalism, poise, gift of aligning all colors and products to meet your needs is too class. Thank you for your undivided help and attention to my home.
