After contacting 3 other flooring companies with no reply, I called A TriState Flooring. Manouch answered the phone, scheduled a time to provide an estimate, and arrived when he said he would. The estimate for refinishing a bedroom floor and replacing baseboards was reasonable and the work was started a week later. It did take three days instead of two, but that was because I keep the house relatively cool and the initial seal took too long to dry. The floor looks great, Manouch cleaned up nicely afterwards, and he gave me clear instructions on care plus a cleaning kit. I am very happy with the result. Thank you, Manouch!
