I have used Buddy's Flooring several times over the past few years, and have always been very happy with their pricing and service. Steve is very knowledgable and his expertise has been invaluable in helping us decide which products best fit our needs. The installation teams do a great job as well. On our most recent project, Willie and Eric were super personable, reliable, and professional! They showed up right on time, and worked hard to make the new carpeting look perfect. They were clearly really careful not to mar the freshly painted walls & baseboards, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. We were really happy with the process and love the outcome!

I paid $13k for two bedrooms rooms to put LVP in and the install has a ton of gaps. Super disappointed. I did install on the remaining room on this floor myself better than the “pros” did it.
I was in the market to update my carpet (after 23 years)! Asking neighbors, Buddy's Flooring America was highly recommended. I worked with Steve Baker who listened to what I was looking for and brought me some samples. I also visited the store and got a quote. The pricing was very reasonable which included taking up/removal the old carpet/padding, moving of furniture and installation. The installation crew was on time and worked the whole day until the job was done (over 7 hours). I was highly impressed with every part of this experience - they made it VERY easy for me!! (and it LOOKS GREAT!!)
Worked with Steve and his crew on a very complicated hardwood job and was super impressed with communication and timeliness. Floor was a mess and it looks good as new, better than new, now. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing hardwood work done!
