We had a wonderful experience with our carpeting from beginning to end. Nick did an expert job in installationA few days after it was completed, we found we needed a piece of furniture moved a slight bit and we were not able to do it ourselves. I called and someone was here to take care if the problem within a couple hours!Great service.. caring people!
First off, Jay was so patient with me while I perused through Carillon’s extensive rug samples, selecting about 8 of them to take home and consider for a large family room area rug. Found the one I loved, price seemed fair, took about 4 weeks to deliver and that turned out perfect! Darrion(sp) and Blake were outstanding! The were courteous, professional and efficient. They carefully moved the furniture off the existing rug, took it to the truck, returned with the new rug and laid it exactly where I wanted it. They meticulously replaced the furniture on the new rug, patiently placing it where I wanted it. This company and all those working therein are remarkable. When it’s time to replace this carpet, I’ll be back!
Carillon Floor Center can’t be beat. I have purchased from them and used their area rug cleaning service many times over the years. The selection is outstanding and is reasonably priced. Linda was so helpful. She suggested a few things I hadn’t thought of and it made a big difference. Their terrific delivery guys placed the rug exactly where it needed to be. I love my new area rug purchased for my guest room. I highly recommend Carillon Floor Center.
Carillon replaced the floors in our primary home about 10 years ago and we love them. Our second home flooded last year and we needed a lot of help repairing it. Not only did they replace the flooring, they also helped us pick out and install the tile in our two bathrooms. Kathy, Tyler, James, Linda, Jay and Shane and his floor install team and Russell and his tile install team were all wonderful and where there for us with any and all questions we had. The next time we need flooring or tile work, we will only be contacting Carillon.
