It has been years since we’ve used Carillon to clean a cat soiled rug of great value, also a smaller rug that was soiled. This visit was to inquire about fringe repair from foster Labrador that had chewed quite a bit. Charles has been there 30 some years and Lucy, the woman who works on fringe and restoration (22years?) are both wonderfully professional. I had a coupon for another rug restoration and cleaning company that not only was not at the location listed on their postcard, but was irritating in their pursuit of business which turned out to be over the price that I paid at Carillon unless I used a 30% off coupon which Carillon had already offered to match! Even then the difference was only five dollars so I didn’t bother. When my husband and I went to pick up the finished rugs, Darian, who has also worked there a LONG time gave us a tour of the processes rooms and showed us to the front office to look at new carpets, Kim, who has frequently answered the phone and whom I directed payment information over the phone to when I dropped off the carpets, was terrifically informative about the business in general. I would have no hesitation in the future and just make Carillon our first and only stop when we need another rug cleaned or restored.

This is the second time in 5 years that I have made a significant carpet purchase from Carillon on Ft. Harrison. (The second time was necessitated by the 2024 hurricanes.) Again, their service was amazing. Professional, friendly, and transparent in delivery times and what to expect, including what is needed to prepare for the install. The product is beautiful and high-quality and the installation was professional and exact. I had used another carpet floor center before and both product offerings and installation services were inferior. I highly recommend Carillon Rug Gallery & Floor Center on Ft Harrison.

I have a fabulous old Couristan Kashimar area rug, which I've owned for over 30 years. One day the fringe got caught up in the vacuum cleaner and ripped down about 6" of the binding. I was heartbroken. I couldn't find a reputable repair shop until a friend recommended Carillon Rugs. I cannot believe what a tremendous job they did on the repair. It is flawless! Charles, the owner, was kind and accommodating, and Lucy, who actually bound the rug, did a flawless job! It was well worth the wait to get the job done right. Highly recommended.

Local family owned and operated company that does exactly what they say. Had entire home floor removed and replaced with engineered hardwood. Entire experience was a 10 or if 10. From the installers to the office and owner was outstanding. Please shop local and support local business. Stop sending your hard earned money to other states and stockholders.
