I'm beyond satisfied and if you love supporting great family-run businesses which usually are better than big chains and impersonal service anyway, then Douthat Flooring is a great pick. They did an absolutely fantastic job installing new floors in my home. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. One of the standout features of their service was their mobile showroom. It made choosing the perfect flooring so much easier, as I was able to see samples right in my home and compare how they matched with my wall colors and lighting.

What I truly appreciate is that this is a family-owned business, and their personal touch and dedication to quality really shine through. They were professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do.
