The first time my carpet came in it was the wrong color. 2nd time it was lost in shipment. 60 days later Raven said I'd get a discount but had to wait for the invoice. Just received invoice which states flooring as per quote with no indication of a discount. Never again and neither should you!
Quality Carpets has a wonderful showroom that provides a variety of carpets to choose from. Raven, the salesperson, was attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the process of selecting carpet for both my personal home and rental home. There was a manufacturing defect with the carpet in my personal home. Christy, the owner, was extremely responsive and proactive in following up with the manufacturer and getting all of the carpet replaced as quickly as possible, as she knew that I wanted to move in. I felt like she truly cared about making sure that the process went smoothly. You really see how truly well a business is ran when there are issues that arise along the way and how they handle them. I am grateful for her assistance and would recommend this business.
Working with Nick and Raven was a breeze. My husband and I felt completely overwhelmed trying to renovate our home after a small bathroom flood destroyed our floors. Luckily, Raven took the stress out of the planning for us! Raven listened to our wants and got to know our style to make flooring recommendations that we loved. We even had Raven design our new bathroom! Communication with Quality Carpets and their contractors was amazing. They were able to work with our busy schedules to get the project done.
So the experience with this place was very stressful. There were so many problems and spent more money then we wanted too. The crew they hired were horrible broke my screen door would not talk to my wife when it came to decisions and just ignored her. They left some work unfinished and did some messed up things. The main guy even told me he wanted to be done with this job probably why they left some things unfinished. Now Nick he was cool but after this experience I will never do business again! Gilbert the main guy who did the installation just horrible. See the picks below from crooked base boards to not putting in the strips on door ways. The tape behind the baseboard was my favorite.
