We contracted with Flores Flooring to do the tile work and the flooring in our new construction home. Frank and Jennifer were so helpful in the selection process. I made many trips into the store to compare paint swatches and make sure the tiles were going to be perfect. We have five showers plus a dog shower and kitchen backsplash, and Javier and his team did a fantastic job with installation. Everything came out exactly as I had pictured it in my head!Even though we purchased our LVP flooring online from another company, Frank was extremely helpful in dealing with the delivery of 4000 SF of LVP. Alex and his team did an amazing job of prepping our slab and then laid the floors in the random pattern I requested. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Flores Flooring. Frank was extremely communicative throughout the process and I never felt like I was being a bother when I called him. Flores Flooring did a WONDERFUL job on my bathroom tile renovation and I have used them multiple times after for carpet installation and water damage restoration. They are reasonably priced, fast, and very respectful. They walked me through every step of the process when my house was flooded and put me at ease that everything would be replaced fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend them!
Unprofessional and poor quality. Almost a month into a flooring replacement in my home and pieces are still missing. Left my home filthy after turning a shop vac on backwards and blowing the dirt into my home and didn’t make any attempt to clean it. Charged me for disposal of the old flooring but left it on my curb, including small tack strips and nails. Incorrectly measured my transition areas not once but twice.
After shopping at Lowe's, Home Depot and all the rest of the floor stores {7 different stores} in B/CS, we followed a friends suggestion of going by Flores Flooring. After less than an hour talking to Frank, there was no question who was going to replace our carpet. We just finished with a total home makeover and was ready for the final stage of carpet. Not only did they beat every ones prices but also took care of some extra request. On the day of install, they were there when they said they would be and Louis {the installer} was such a joy to be around and did an amazing job.
