Pathetic.
Ghosted by their salesman Clark.
Went into the showroom to pick out tile samples and had to wait four days for them to come out for an estimate. And that was fine.
What WASN’T fine is when Clark ghosted us after measuring and promising an estimate and ignoring our phone calls and messages we left with someone else in the showroom.
Pitiful customer service. I wish I had read their Google reviews before going into the store in the first place. Many similar stories in their negative reviews, and many mention Clark by name! Quite the sorry track record.
We ended up purchasing nearly identical tile at Lowes for a much lower price and found a local installation company who did an incredible, fast, and affordable job while we are “STILL” waiting for either the store or Clark to return our multiple phone calls!
PASS on this place! Kiser stinks.

Great guidance in choosing our carpets. Michelle helped us pick a great product for our needs, got us measured quickly. Installation was scheduled quickly and completed neatly. Super impressed with how simple the process was - wish I hadn’t taken so long to replace my carpet! It looks amazing!!

Working with Kiser’s was so much worse than we could have feared. Specifically, Michelle was unprofessional, and she disappointed us consistently throughout the process. She mis-measured our home, ordered the wrong carpet, failed to communicate on countless occasions including when we had prepared our home for installers that were not coming, and was completely unapologetic for these many errors. I wish I could tell you how everything turned out, but after five days of attempted carpet install (which have significantly imposed on our lives) we are still without our carpet.
