We had an amazing experience working with Carpet Exchange! Mark was super helpful throughout the process and checked on the progress of the job and made sure all was going smoothly! Floors By Steve did the installation! Steve and Axle were very hardworking and professional! Unbeknownst to me, my carpet was a little difficult to install but it turned out beautifully! They also installed wood floors in two rooms in my house amd we could not be happier! We have an older home so they did run in to some issues, but they always had a solution! The new floors have updated and tranformed our home! We have hired Floors by Steve to do some future work in our home! Nice to know people still work hard and take pride in their work!

Don't understand why their review overall rating is low? I had a waterline under wet bar that burst, Ashley from Carpet Planet was extremly helpful in assisting me with the right carpet, and making sure I would be able to get installers to my house as soon as possible. Installers arrived on time, extremly professional, very courteous. Did a great job installing carpet. They vacuumed cleaned up. They finished in about two hours. Carpet looked great, would definitely use this company again in the future.
