Floor coverings International did a great job installing LVP and carpeting in my home. Rick Webster and his installation team were prompt, courteous and completed the project as promised and did a great overall job. The LVP installation team was very friendly and you can tell they enjoyed their work and working as a team. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
We had a good experience with Rick. He came over right away which really helped because I have difficulty getting around and we needed completion on this job right away. He also got rid of the "noise" by zeroing in on what product we wanted and showed us samples from his mobile "showroom". He was highly professional and personable and knowledgeable. He coordinated with the various vendors needed for install. We did a utility room and bathroom flooring. This required replacing the hot water heater, taking two previous vinyls off of the flooring, taking off and reinstalling molding in both rooms. We chose a luxury vinyl tile. I couldn't figure out the right color and he sent over a link to their computer that allows one to take a picture of the room and then suggest an accurate color match. This was brilliant and helped me to make an informed decision with confidence. The final product looks excellent and is a perfect color match and we are very pleased. I gave 4 stars because I had to follow up on a regular basis to get status updates. In all fairness, Rick had to coordinate with the factory and wait for a reply, but I had to nudge him to get the final word. His crew who did the work was friendly and professional. There were a lot of moving parts in this job such as moving a stacked washer and dryer (about 400 lbs) out of the utility room and back in. I appreciated Rick's expertise and his calm attitude. We would use him again.
Rick’s crews did an excellent job, both carpeting and laminating my home. I value their professionalism, quality of work and its speed of installation. For instance, another contractor told me he would need more than a week to finish that job. Rick’s crews did it in 21/2 days, without sacrificing quality. I’d highly recommend The Floor Coverings International.
Used them twice now. I would definitely recommend them. Consultation was easy. Different crews used for both houses and both were good.
I had a wonderful time working with this company. Rick was lovely, he was running a bit behind from a previous appointment, but the office called ahead to let me know. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I had the perfect balance between something that lasts, but wouldn’t break the bank. He only provided high-quality products (and those made in the USA!) We used awesome tech to be able to visualize how certain floors would look against the wall- very helpful as I am not good at visualizing in my head.As for installation, the gentlemen were on time and extremely efficient. I was shocked that they got everything done in 3 hours flat! They were very professional and made sure to clean well after install. I will be a repeat customer and can’t wait to get my next project done through them!(Specifics about the photos- I did not want carpet on the stringers as I will be painting them in the future. They informed me well on how to tackle it myself. There’s no baseboards either since I have to get brand new ones.)
