Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise clear communication and workmanship, with two noting that timing was as agreed or expected. One difficult job involved blending old and new flooring across different heights; a separate account credits stair rebuilding with making under-tread lighting possible. A customer reports dust throughout the house from poor taping, spilled and uneven stain, baseboards needing repainting, cracks between boards that were not there before sanding, and stain on doors and walls.

Excellent workmanship and process. Refurbished and repaired oak floors in a 1950's home. I appreciated the clear communication, high quality work completed on time and as agreed upon. A couple of photos before with repairs and some after work completion. Highly recommend!

Pryor flooring took on a difficult job blending old flooring with new and leveling the different floor thicknesses. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would be there. They completed a beautiful project with professional care. We are so happy with the results!

Outstanding! I have used Pryor Floors for 25 years and they never disappoint. This time they rebuild my stairs and part of my oak floor, then put a new poly coat down across the entire floor. It turned out magnificent. The rebuilding of the stairs allowed us to put under-tread lighting under each step which turned out wonderful.

Pryor Floor was recommended to us by a friend when we were having the floor refinished for our kitchen upgrade. I was so happy with their work that when we decided to extend our hardwood kitchen floor into the family room, Pryor Floor was the first and only company I considered for the work, and the result was amazing; you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new floor starts. Pryor Floor just completed new flooring in our dining room/living room/stairs and, although I shouldn't be surprised, I am once again "floored" by the way Pryor Floor completed this latest project.

Hugely disappointed. Inches of dust in every level of the house due to poor taping off, stain spilled and uneven throughout, baseboards needed completely repainted, noticeable cracks in between boards that were not there before the sanding, stain on doors and walls. Owner indicated this was a quality job which was so disappointing. Customer satisfaction is not at the top of the list for this company.
