We recently used A-Plus Carpet and Flooring to install LVP and carpet throughout our first home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, they tailored the project to our goals, priorities, and timeline.

The owner, Eric, personally came out to take measurements and checked on the job multiple times to make sure everything was moving smoothly. Both Eric and Nathan communicated with us throughout the entire project and were incredibly patient, answering every question we had about the installation process, the differences between products, and the adjustments we could make to stay within budget.

They went above and beyond to source a beautiful LVP option from a brand that wasn’t in their showroom at the time and coordinated directly with the manufacturer when shipping was delayed. Our stairs were especially unique, and they crafted custom pieces to ensure everything looked seamless and elevated.

I highly recommend A Plus Carpet and Flooring and am happy that I hired them for this project. Thomas, Nathan, Lew, Ami and the owner Eric were great to work with as I took samples home from the showroom (that had so much to choose from) until I found what I wanted. They are very friendly, customer service oriented, professional and did quality work to replace carpet with maple engineered wood on my 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms(1 pictured), hallway, closets(1 walk-in) and stairs to the 4th floor. Eric and the team literally went above and beyond, both before and after the purchase was agreed upon. Jonathan Lopez and his installation crew were professional, friendly, did quality work and cleaned up nicely. Exceptional service from helping with my choice in the beginning, to installation.

The entire team, from purchase to installation, were terrific to work with. They also went above and beyond to work with my schedule when I had an unexpected problem come up. Very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work (replaced a vinyl floor from our entry through to our kitchen with wood, adding a herringbone inlay in the entry area; also replaced the rolled vinyl with more up to date vinyl tiles in our laundry room). I personally greatly appreciated the kind people on their teams.

From start to end everyone at A plus was amazing. We asked them to replace the carpet in our home with LVP and re-carpet the stairs. An estimator came out within 3 days of my initial call and sent me estimates for all the variations I requested same day. The workers arrived promptly every day and were very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with.

We had A+ do our basement and steps and have to say our experience was more than stellar! From the beginning at the showroom, to the scheduling/ordering, and finally the installation we were extremely impressed. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and understood our vision and make sure we found a way to achieve it while remaining within our budget. Nathan helped guide us throughout all the types of flooring and what would work best for us. Eric and Nathan were so professional & helped us throughout the process.
