It was a very low pressure sales process and they had the exact floor we were looking for. The process from initial phone call to installation and final walk through was so smooth. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Friends & Family Flooring. The entire process of working with Friends & Family Flooring was wonderful, simple, and the result was amazing. The front office kept me apprised via email of when supplies were purchased, when they were due to arrive, and were flexible with my work schedule to get me on the calendar. Roberto and his team arrived on the early side of their estimated arrival time block. He explained what they would do, how long it would take, and gave me various options on how I wanted to have the LVT lined up throughout the space. I remained at the house to work on other projects and most times I did not even know they were there. The team was very respectful and polite. The final product was night and day and I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend Friend & Family flooring to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Friends & Family Flooring. They recently replaced the carpet in my townhome, and the transformation is unbelievable. The previous carpet was over 10 years old and clearly past its time, and they made the entire place feel brand new again.

From the start, they were extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through the decision process without any pressure. Their recommendations ended up being spot on, and I’m genuinely glad I trusted their expertise because the end result exceeded expectations.

The installation crew was just as impressive. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, they handled everything flawlessly from removal to install. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in every step and every finish.
