The Vertical Connection ensured that the process was straightforward from beginning to end. We had carpeting replaced on two floors, and they provided multiple samples for us to take home in order to find the best match for our walls and floors. The warehouse manager was considerate and efficient. The installation team arrived promptly, completed the work efficiently, and maintained a professional and courteous demeanor. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

I have phone call recordings of everything I just said. Nobody received any threats. You halted work and refunded my money because I asked you to… and you finally agreed after hours of back and forth. After “trying to help me” but penny pinch every single penny. Don’t be ridiculous

The salesman sold us a bunch of flat out lies. and it was discovered when they came to start the work. I called the office as soon as I realized we were not on the same page and the work still continued.
My whole first level was torn up and should not have been. The salesman guaranteed us no creaking. Workers who showed up and office manager says they don’t ever guarantee that.
It was the only reason I was willing to tear up my brand new floors. He sold us multiple lies. And I went through ALoT to get them to stop work and leave . Spoke to office throughout the day and they were “trying to help me” but penny pinched every single dollar and did not want to work with me on a fair price to get my floors back on. I went thru a lot of emotional stress that day and all they could do was offer to leave but still charge for every single thing that was done. Even though the job could have ended early on if they just communicate properly to eachother.
I regret ever finding this company. It has been a nightmare. They finally agreed to refund my deposit.- as they should honestly..

Here’s my originally beautiful floor. And here’s how they left it.

Where do I even begin?! We had our dishwasher leak into the kitchen floors and down through the basement ceiling. On a Saturday morning I filled out an inquiry on their website and received a text message response in less than 30 minutes. Wow! A real person (Tim!) picked up the phone and contacted me to schedule a consultation. They had a cancelation and fit me in right away! Davidi was my sales representative. I can’t say enough good things! Davidi was extremely thorough with measuring, asking questions to understand what we were looking for, and discussing options. I received an estimate the same day of the consultation! I was contacted very timely by Vikki to schedule the install and she worked around the dates I preferred and made it happen. The install team, led by Oscar, was incredible. They didn’t miss a single detail. They worked incredibly hard, cleaned up as they progressed with the install, kept us informed, spent a lot of time fixing the sub flooring that was poorly installed by our builder, etc. Once the old kitchen floors were removed Oscar notified us immediately of suspected mold on the subfloor. He acted quickly to discuss options and made us feel very comfortable with the plan to move forward. Vikki also quickly assisted us with this curveball during the project. It was a true team effort all around! After the project was completed, Davidi followed up the same evening making sure we were satisfied and taken care of. I later met Larry who reached out to schedule a visit to see the finished project, brought a special floor cleaner, and discussed how to clean the floors. Larry was a pleasure!

We are already discussing new carpet for the upstairs because there’s no better company than The Vertical Connection! By the way, their show room is incredible…go see it.

The whole experience of my flooring project with the company was very pleasant. From the home-visit consultation to the actual work and after-service, everything was perfect, worry-free. We let them do laminate for the whole upper level and a stair runner and carpeting for the ground floor.
We had a tight timeline for work but they made it. And we had a tiny issue right after the laminate installation, but the team Tom, quickly came back and fixed it in minutes. I am thankful for all the work you did. We highly recommend this company, they will make it work for you.

We went to the Vertical Connection for laminate in our basement, as well as new carpeting in a bedroom, stairwell, and our swag 1970s conversation pit. Adam was helpful and personable every step of the design process, and explained options for our budget while being mindful of our vision for the space. The install crews for both laminate and carpet were friendly, professional, and efficient. The floors all came out great, and in surprisingly short order. Of any home renovation project I've had to do over the years, this has been the most positive experience. Highly recommend!
