Extremely happy with my new carpet from Accent Flooring. The staff was honest, made great recommendations, and helped me choose the right carpet for my budget. The installers were amazingly professional. I felt the quality, pricing and customer service were all really excellent. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
The company was great 5 years ago when selling me flooring for our home renovations. Installation was a little shady but not bad enough to complain. Installer”disappeared “ for several days but eventually got the job completed.Now I am having problems with the installed products. After two canceled appointments and no returned phone calls I am still hoping for help. Everyone is busy right now; how you handle it is what makes a company exceptional.
Not happy.In the past, I've been pleased. However, lately their customer service leaves much to be desired. The main problem is lack of communication. They will not call back. Once someone is eventually reached, they state they have not called because they do not have availability to put you on the schedule. That's fine and I can understand that they may be extremely busy. However, the appropriate thing to do would be to call back and communicate that fact and keep the customer in the loop as to when an available appointment can be made.The other issue I have is after vinyl flooring is purchased, none of it can be returned. I have an entire box not used because they apparently over measured. I can't return it, and I can't use it. That costs me money.They have ticked me off enough that I will never use their services again once they have finished the install.
