I had a wonderful experience with floor boys in particular tyler was extremely patient with me. He Came to my house several times , and was there the second I asked him for anything. I really appreciate him and you have a winner with him in your employment, but the installers were amazing as well and they took their time. They were honest with us and they installed the floors beautifully I'm very happy with the whole thing I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler and the installers who came to my house. Thank you.
We highly recommend Floors Boys Flooring. They did a great job for us installing the engineered wood floors, replacing the existing rugs, in some areas of our new home. They obtained the same wood flooring used elsewhere in the house and were able to schedule our job so it was done before we moved in. They cleaned everything up after the job was over. The communication throughout the process was excellent.They also did a great job at our son's house as well.
Couldn't ask for a better match of our existing flooring. The crew did an excellent job taking out the old wall to wall carpeting and installing the new Mohawk prefinished flooring to almost match the existing flooring in one day. Did an excellent job. I am so happy with my new LVP floors! Floor Boys made the process as seamless as possible. Van was very knowledgeable and helped me find the floor I wanted that fit in my price range. Installation went smoothly. The technician was kind and respectful. He kept me updated every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend!
Had the best experience with Tyler @Floor Boys Lexington. He presented options & explained pricing & payment options. He explained scheduling & installation. After looking elsewhere I decided to give FloorBoys a try. I had found a sample at a competitor & sent Tyler a pic via text. He found options that were close & after sending him pics of rooms & furniture he gave his expert opinion on what he thought would work best. He really wanted me to go into showroom to see in person but I was not able to get there & decided to go with the option he thought would work even though not same as sample I sent. Put my trust into Tyler & was glad I did. Install scheduled for following week. The install crew was polite, respectful, accommodating & 3 rooms and a stairway was efficiently & professionally transformed with beautiful new carpet. This was a great experience & would recommend. Tyler followed up before & right after install. Truly impressed with the service I received.
