Rob and his crew were such a blessing after a broken pipe flooded my home and the floors needed refinishing. They were warm and friendly at such a time of chaos and even finished earlier than expected. My floors look great and the crew was so thoughtful when they moved my furniture back in my house as they assisted me in putting the pads I bought under my furniture to avoid scratching my new floor finish. I highly recommend them!!
The guys were on time, professional, and were really fast. I’ve never seen a job where the material used was so exact with almost zero waste. It was a learning experience as well. I would have done a few essential things very wrong by myself. Nora who estimated the cost and materials did a first rate job as well. I found out about FCI from Angi. My unfinished room now has a great subfloor that I can build upon.
The new floor looks great. The only problem is with baseboards placement. In order to remove the old floor baseboards were removed, new floor placed, and then old baseboards placed back. The old baseboards were not placed exactly like how they were before, creating gaps between baseboards and floors. Apart from this minor optics issue, the rest was fine. Make sure baseboards are painted again after floor installation.
I had all of my downstairs floors replaced and my upstairs hardwoods sanded and refinished. Rob and his team were considerate of my schedule, respectful of my home and did a very good quality job. I am beyond pleased! I would recommend them highly. They were on time and got both jobs done faster than they told me! For such a large job, I was minimally inconvenienced. We have been extremely satisfied with the entire experience with Floor Coverings International. Sue came in our home and we discussed installing backsplash in our kitchen. She was extremely kind and helped us get the look we wanted. The installation team (A&A) completed our project in one day. These guys did a great job and made sure they cleaned up after the project. I would highly recommend this company and I don’t typically recommend many!
