Gold Star Flooring in Columbia SC

We bought our vinyl plank flooring from Lowe’s but had to have it installed very quickly. Lowe’s could not get out fast enough so we ended up using Gold Star for the install. They matched the price and were able to come in a couple days. They were very professional and did a good job. They completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend, thank you!

Well good people. I have lived in the states for 30 years, originally from England. The owner of this company Carlos has been such an inspiration and the hard-working person. May I say I have never ever worked with a contractor staff. Treat you like a king. Very polite, very clean workers. Punctual and pricing competitive. Communication skills 100%. I would recommend this man as I have already to a few of my friends and they also relayed back to me about the communication and the quality of the work that Carlos team and that's what it is a team which is few and far between nowadays. All in all 100% I would advise people to use. Carlos and his crew .

Carlos and his team did an excellent job with our floors. They removed our old hardwood & carpet, and installed new LVP for our entire 1600 square ft home in one day. They were Punctual, professional, and we received prompt communication regarding the project throughout its entirety. They also arranged professional cleaning services post-installation. Highly recommend for your flooring needs.

I recently had a great experience with Gold Star Flooring in Columbia and I highly recommend this business. They installed hardwood flooring in a hall and three rooms in my house. The whole process from the initial discussion of the project with Carlos to its completion exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with the service and the product. Carlos provided a fair quote, an accurate timeline for completion of the project and conducted a final inspection of the work. He adapted task scheduling to accommodate my larger-phased renovation project. Carlos was reliable and trustworthy throughout the process. I was impressed with the whole crew. They were very efficient and hardworking, during the old carpet removal, the installation and cleanup. They arrived on time, worked well as a team, and left the work areas looking neat. The customer service was outstanding and the result was exactly what I was looking for.

Carlos and his crew are the best! He has done several jobs for us. Always on time, cleans up after the job, responds quickly and just does an excellent job. After his recent repair on our screen porch I showed him another project I need done and he said call as soon as I was ready! I will not hesitate to call him for floor needs and will recommend him to anyone! Thank you Carlos!!
