The only word I can use to describe my experience with Triple P Flooring is OUTSTANDING! Stephanie Moss, the sales associate with whom I worked was knowledgable, professional, and incredibly responsive. The pricing that she was able to get us was significantly below that of the competition for the exact same product. While that was a selling feature, it was Stephanie herself that led us to work with Triple P. She was on top of everything and contacted me regularly to keep me updated. She got the job scheduled for us quickly and her install team was excellent. They showed up during horrendous weather and worked tirelessly everyday until the job was done. They were incredibly professional, polite and clean. Each day they swept and vacuumed wherever they had worked. In addition, they were fast! Within a few hours of arriving they had the carpet from 2 levels of our home ripped out and out of the house, and had begun laying flooring. I cannot say enough positive things about Triple P, Stephanie Moss and Eloy and his team. From start to finish it was an excellent experience and the finished product of hardwood flooring throughout our home has been a game changer. I would recommend Triple P Flooring every day of the week!
