Cruz Flooring

Our kitchen remodeling project experienced a significant boost in momentum following the exceptional installation of new countertops by Cruz Flooring. Rebecca's guidance was instrumental in selecting a style that perfectly aligned with our aesthetic preferences while adhering to our budgetary constraints. I wholeheartedly endorse Cruz Flooring for their outstanding service and product quality.

A True Gem in Columbus When you've lived in Columbus Georgia since 1997 as long as we have, you learn to get quotes from at least two or three places before committing to any home project. We've done that for years and repeatedly, Cruz Flooring, Showers & Countertops proves why local, family-run businesses are irreplaceable. We had a big renovation planned and, as always, started with a few estimates. One of the big-box stores sent someone out who measured, added unnecessary trim, and couldn’t even tell us who would be doing the actual work. It felt impersonal and disconnected. Then we walked into Cruz Flooring once again. George and his family greeted us like neighbors, not customers. You don’t just hear about the owners, you meet them, shake their hands, and see them involved in every step of the process. Their attention to detail, honesty, and pride in their work is unmatched. From the first conversation to the final installation, we felt confident, respected, and genuinely cared for. Cruz Flooring doesn’t just install flooring they do countertops or showers. They build trust, one home at a time. If you're looking for craftsmanship with heart, skip the chains and go were quality meets community. Cruz is the kind of business that reminds you why local matters. I love the walk-in shower!! Thanks again!

I highly recommend Cruz flooring. Their communication and service was top notch from beginning to end. We chose the marble slabs for our countertops on site so there were no surprises. We also purchased the tile for our backsplash from Cruz and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Cruz Flooring for a job well done!

I received great customer service from purchasing to installing. I picked out a piece of granite on site. You can’t do that at Lowe’s or Home Depot. You pick out the actual piece that you get and best part is you don’t have to wait for it. The granite is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. They came out and measured my space. They sold me a stainless steel sink that was cheaper then Home Depot as well. On the day of delivery they told me I needed to repair a couple of things on the cabinets to make the counter top flush. If those weren’t repaired they said my granite could snap. They would not recommend installing before those repairs were made. I appreciated them being so honest and rescheduling my install so I could get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.
