Floor & Decor

I’m currently in the overwhelming process of repairs and replacements after water damage to our home, and without hesitation, Floor & Decor of Columbus, GA has been my "Go-To". I’ve bragged about Bianca and Garrett before, and now I have even more to add to that list—from Ms. Laura to Jesse and Mr. Daquan (from F&D’s Baton Rouge store). Every one of them has helped me piece my home back together—literally. As a disabled veteran, I’m truly grateful to the entire team, including NaTasha, Kelsey, and Tanner, for always making me—and even Zoe (my ESA/SA)—feel welcomed. That kind of kindness is special. I’m especially appreciative of Ms. Bianca, who always takes the time to help me explore options for my budget. I ask for her every time, and she greets me with the same: “Hey… how are you? How you been? So what do we have going on today—how can I help?” It’s genuine, every single time! I haven’t experienced this level of consistency, anywhere else, especially for a customer who is trying to make things work on a budget. I highly recommend stopping by—even if you’re just browsing. You won’t be disappointed, and chances are, you’ll be back.

My husband and I had a great experience at Floor & Decor while purchasing flooring for our closet to complete items on our contractor request list. Garrett Branscome was incredibly patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options and made the process easy. His female manager helped us finalize our order on March 9, 2026 and was excellent — professional, efficient, and very helpful. Wonderful customer service and a great selection. Highly recommend this location for flooring projects.

I cannot say enough great things about Bianca. She spent almost 2 hours with me picking tile that could be used for a centerpiece and picture frame design for flooring in two different rooms. Not only did she check stock on each one but she also checked other stores. She helped me go through measurements and that was no easy task in odd shaped rooms going around cabinets. She has the patience of a saint. The best customer service I have had in a long time! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience. I am not a very good decorator or designer so I was fearful to go pick out tile and overwhelmed when I saw how big the store was. There were so many options. Luckily, Bianca greeted me at the door and she was ready to hep me. She was fantastic. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable. She helped me figure out what I liked and made it so easy. I really would not have been able to navigate any of it without someone like her to give me direction. The store was well laid out, clean and neat. So many options!!!! I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Bianca!! ?? This is the tile I picked for my shower.

As someone who works in the building materials industry, my expectations for customer service are high — and Floors & Decor exceeded them at every turn. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about their products. No one felt rushed or dismissive, and questions were answered confidently and thoughtfully. It’s rare to have an experience this seamless from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service.
