Every one of them has helped me piece my home back together—literally. As a disabled veteran, I’m truly grateful to the entire team, including NaTasha, Kelsey, and Tanner, for always making me—and even Zoe (my ESA/SA)—feel welcomed. That kind of kindness is special. I’m especially appreciative of Ms. Bianca, who always takes the time to help me explore options for my budget. I ask for her every time, and she greets me with the same: “Hey… how are you? I cannot say enough great things about Bianca. She spent almost 2 hours with me picking tile that could be used for a centerpiece and picture frame design for flooring in two different rooms. Not only did she check stock on each one but she also checked other stores. She helped me go through measurements and that was no easy task in odd shaped rooms going around cabinets. She has the patience of a saint. The best customer service I have had in a long time! Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience. I am not a very good decorator or designer so I was fearful to go pick out tile and overwhelmed when I saw how big the store was. There were so many options. Luckily, Bianca greeted me at the door and she was ready to hep me. She was fantastic. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable. She helped me figure out what I liked and made it so easy. I really would not have been able to navigate any of it without someone like her to give me direction. The store was well laid out, clean and neat. So many options!!!! I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Bianca!! ??This is the tile I picked for my shower.
