America's Floor Source - Columbus East

I worked with Joel to help me set up the appointment and select my picks for flooring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! As a first time homeowner, I appreciate him walking through my options and making sure I knew what would be best for my situation. Bonus points for him trying to help me with my clogged laundry chute! The installers came right on time at the earliest time of the ETA and worked the whole day to get the job done. They did every area I requested and even did the harder areas (the floating stairs) with great care. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. I’m very happy with how it came out!

Our AFS experience was fantastic! Flooring Specialist, Gabriel knowledge, experience and no pressure approach helped us select the best flooring for our specific needs. He educated and guided us on the type of carpeting and wide range of colors selection, based on the budget we had set up to spend. We were able to arrange the installation date the following week. The AFS Installers were equally amazing (Edwin & Ernesto) - these two men arrived right on time and never stopped working until the job was completed - highly recommend these men for any install. No hesitation - we will call AFS again ... and ask for Gabriel! - Jill Grabovich

America Floor Source exceeded all our expectations. Their responsiveness was incredible — every time we had a question, they replied immediately. The floor looks beautiful. Both crews who worked on our project were exceptionally kind and respectful of our home. They took great care to cover the area with plastic so no dust would spread to other rooms, and as a result, we had virtually no dust at all — amazing! We asked the second crew for a few specific details during installation, and they carried them out perfectly. We’re so glad we walked into America Floor Source and met Rich."

As a flooring installer for over three decades, it is the first Flooring store that I am simply amazed with. From the time I first stepped into their showroom I was overwhelmed at the size and products available. The service from Jessica and Brittany were fast and knowledgeable. They were able to guide me through the selections and would take care of my customers anytime I sent them in. I was so impressed with the professionalism of their staff and the absolutely most beautiful store I have ever been inside of even after living in Florida’s West Coast, Murrells, Inlet, South Carolina, and Houston, Texas. This store surpasses them all. I liked it so much that I recently became an employee and am thrilled with the opportunity to begin sales in their wholesale department. What a blessing and a find

I couldn’t be happier with the work Andy and James did on my floors! They were professional, skilled, and paid great attention to detail. From start to finish, they worked efficiently and made sure everything was done to perfection. Not only was their craftsmanship top-notch, but they were also friendly and easy to work with. My floors look absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring work done through America’s Floor Source! Thank you Joel Wood for sending these guys our way. Fantastic job!
