Panel Town & Floors

As a semi-retired flooring contractor, I can confidently recommend Pendleton as a reliable destination for any hardwood project. Their expertise in matching colors and their extensive inventory of supplies make them an ideal choice for professionals seeking quality and efficiency. For all professionals in the flooring industry, Panel Town stands out as a top recommendation.

When I set out to refinish my hardwood floors, I was so nervous and unsure of the process. Dane helped me out immediately and was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. He took me throughout the store after he gave me a notepad and pen so I could write down his advice and steps, and helped me gather everything I would need. He made himself available if I had questions during the process as well, and was just a wealth of information. I am so happy with my experience and so happy I found Panel Town!

So I decided to take on the unbelievably difficult project of refinishing my floors, all by myself. After much research, I found most experts to say that Bona products were the best to put down. I contacted PANEL TOWN & FLOORS out of Columbus Ohio and they gave me a great deal and also shipped it super fast. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me, especially Jerod. He walked me through step-by-step what I needed to do which is above and beyond. I highly recommend them not only for their having the best price on Bona products but they are small company with a big heart. This is the before shot. I’ll be using their polyurethane on Friday. Can’t wait!!!

I had an outstanding experience today at Panel Town & Floors. I initially called and spoke with Adrienne about a specific Rubio color I was looking for. She told me they believed they had one in stock but wanted to confirm—and within five minutes she called me back to let me know they did and even held it for me. That alone was impressive. When I arrived, I went to the Rubio aisle and asked Adrienne about the accelerator. She immediately pointed out that the product I was purchasing should not be mixed with accelerator. I explained what I was working on and that I thought it was similar to Rubio 2C+. Instead of guessing, Adrienne went above and beyond—she actually called her Rubio rep and personally walked me through how to fix my piece correctly. That level of knowledge, care, and customer service is rare. Adrienne truly went the extra mile, and it made a huge difference. Wow. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Panel Town & Floors to anyone working with Rubio or specialty finishes.
