OK, so I wanted to live with this for a minute. I’ve had these new floors for a couple weeks now. Today I did my first mop I can’t say how happy I am from start to finish and now living with these floors! I absolutely love it! Everyone who comes in and sees it absolutely loves it. Seriously from start to finish I could not be happier. My sales rep Erica, my project rep, Denise, the install team Sal & Crew, Such a fantastic job! Truly a great company,albeit flawed but with the most honest, humble, and open-minded team. Our vision for our floors took some communication on our part going through the proper channels, but once we found Ryan our problems were solved. My wife and I were shocked that this team could possess the empathy to care about making our vision for our home a reality. I have to let you know how happy we are with our new flooring. It is just beautiful! I am more than impressed with Jose Flores and the young lady and gentleman that worked with him. They were very careful with moving and replacing our furniture and they even helped hang a picture. The crew was very motivated and worked continuously until the project was done. They went over my expectations and I will continue to rave about them. I can’t say enough about them. I love everything they did. I also want to give a shout out to Trevor, he was on top of everything and touched base several times to give me a heads up or just to check in. The measuring and free estimate was so quick and easy. The representative came to my house and was so friendly and knowledgeable in this process. She made me feel very comfortable. Definitely not high pressure sales. I can’t wait to have my new floors!Well, I had my floor’s installed in several rooms and I absolutely love it! Brandon was my floor installer. He was great! He respected my home and did such a great job! Brandon moved all of my furniture during the installation and moved it all back in place after. He also cleaned up everything after so I didn’t have to. During the installation, Denise called several times through the day to “check in” and make sure everything was going well. I looked forward to her call and she was always so friendly. This company truly cares that you are satisfied and love your new floors. I highly recommend!
I hired Refloor To replace carpet with LVP in three rooms and a hallway. Communication was great from the point of sale and deciding the details of the order through to completion of the installation. All of my concerns or questions were addressed promptly at any point i asked. Everyone that I interacted with at the company was friendly, Professional and polite. The installer, Chris, did a great job, completed the job quickly and was easy to work with. The new floor looks great and overall, I’m happy with my experience working with With Refloor.
