K Floors

I hired Bryan in early 2025 to re-floor my entire house. He was knowledgable, patient, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way. The floor was installed professionally and now in the final days of 2025, I am still perfectly happy with the job he did. I was so happy with the job that he did, that I hired him again for some electrical rewiring. Once again, Bryan's attention to detail, sharing his knowledge, and making sure everything works exactly the way I wanted is appreciated to the point that only giving him 5 stars is a tragedy. If you have any house work that has to be done, floors or otherwise, talk to Bryan! Best business in Concord area!

Loved working with KFloors! First off… they do way more than just floors. They helped us with an almost full house remodel and did an amazing job. 1. The floors look like luxury. They are super quiet and beautifully put together. And, Bryan was SUPER helpful in picking out the right flooring for us. He even helped my partner and I work through our disagreements on what to choose. We both love what we picked! 2. They also put up dry wall, new walls and patching, and textured and painted our ceilings after the popcorn was removed. I can’t tell where any of the patching happened. There were some spots in our house before where prior patching was super obvious… none of that problem with KFloors. They also did a nice job with the texturing. 3. They installed new lighting (recessed and flush mount) and ceiling fans. Kreg took the time to make sure everything was working correctly, down to the new ceiling fan remote programming. I love our new dimmable lighting! The kitchen has gone from 70’s to modern. 4. Kreg gave us a whole new fireplace that totally transformed the family room. It looks so good!! 5. They reinstalled our toilets and hooked up our bathrooms again, including installation of a new vanity that looks amazing. A toilet that never seemed to work properly before suddenly has no issues. I could go on, but hopefully you get the gist. We highly recommend KFloors for anyone needing new flooring, tile and more. Great guys to work with and super patient. Thank you, Kreg, Bryan and crew!!! See before and after of fireplace below.

I had a fantastic experience working with Bryan and his team at K Floors. They were my 4th and last stop. I was trying to remove 1600 sq ft of carpet and Bryan finally told me exactly what I wanted to hear and found me a beautiful hardwood floor in my budget. After my careless brother scratched them, Bryan came to the rescue and fixed the scratch flawlessly. I will be recommending K Floors to all my friends and I will be using them for all my flooring needs.

Absolutely thrilled with K Floors out of Concord! From start to finish, Bryan and his team were the epitome of professionalism. They arrived right on schedule—punctuality is a big deal for me. The courtesy they showed my home and family was just top-notch. Every step was smooth, with Bryan overseeing the project meticulously. Their work? Outstanding! The installation process was efficient, and the team managed their time flawlessly, causing minimal disruption to our daily routine. The results speak for themselves: stunning floors that have completely transformed our Walnut Creek home. I must highlight Bryan's personal involvement. It’s clear he cares deeply about both the quality of the work and client satisfaction. This level of service is rare! I would recommend K Floors in a heartbeat—professional, courteous, and truly skilled specialists. Thank you, Bryan and team, for a job exceptionally well done. We are beyond pleased!

I wanted to let you know about the excellent service I received from Celia. My flooring journey began at a competitor's store. I was treated poorly and ended up looking for someone else to assist. Fortunately, I ran into Celia. She is a true asset to your team. Celia listened intently to what I wanted and worked tirelessly with me to make sure my investment in flooring met all of my wants. I am not the easiest customer, and Celia remained patient through every challenge I sent her way. The installers exceeded my expectations. When they arrived to install my floor they took their time to share project expectations with me, detailing every step in the process. All together, Celia and the installers were A+++. The service I received has been fantastic and I am going to tell everyone I know about your fantastic company, and particularly the customer service excellence, Celia provided. Thank you from one happy customer.
