They have a wide selection of affordable carpets. Their quote was very competitive. We ended up deciding to go with someone else.One issue I have is that when I asked for my refundable deposit back (which was paid on credit card), the salesperson insisted that I need to go into the store to cancel.Edit: Brian, the store manager and owner, reached out and processed the refund over the phone. I've had 3 separate interactions with Brian, and he clearly cares about his customers and his business and I'd be willing to do business with him in the future. I expect he will train his sales team to better explain to potential customers what options they have when it comes to refunds.

A positive experience buying carpet for our new place. Vabs was awesome. He is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He even directed us to the clear out section in case there were some rolls we could use. Installation was fast and they did a great job. Definitely recommend this location!
The guy at the store was so helpful selecting and dealing with my questions related to my strata and underlayment. When they sent the installers for my carpet from the company windmill the carpet was installed fast and efficient! I will use them again!
