If I could give no stars, I would. This company is horrible. If you are planning on having your floors done via insurance or even out of pocket, STOP, AND RECONSIDER ANOTHER VENDOR. The floors are cheap quality, installation looks like it was done by some high school students, wait their work is usually check and corrected not QG Floorings work. It's impossible to talk to anyone. Emails and phone calls are ignored, and when you do talk to someone, you're treated like you don't know anything. "Industry standard" is the response you get. What is "industry standard "? Flooring NEEDS to acclimate a minimum of 48 hours. This didn't happen, and the floor was installed in stages with the product arriving as they installed it. Even when the installation was complete, boxes of the flooring were still arriving. We paid extra for leveling, and GQ required the full payment before they would start. The floors are worse now than they were before. Leveling in one room was completely missed. $8.95 per square foot is what is being charged for the cheapest quality flooring. GQ Flooring is taking the insurance company to the cleaners and ruined our floors at the same time. Can i also state the salesperson to full advantage of my wife? I can keep going on, but I'm just getting angry. Service Master is who hired this company and has an equal part in all of this is no better.UPDATE: I will not email a generic email contact for the company when my wife has left three voicemails for Victor to call her regarding the entire process and issues and has been ignored. Ask Jill which one of her clients is dissatisfied and angry about the quality of product and work.
Great options, fast delivery and great service from Tim.We had a piece of nosing that had a small factory defect on it and it was replaced on a weekend in less than 24 hours because of Tim’s effort. Highly recommend sourcing your flooring materials from these folks!

The whole team at GQ Flooring is amazing!From our first contact to the completion of our reflooring, everything was perfect.Becky listened to our needs and set us up with the exact samples we wanted to choose from and then scheduled the removal and installation to fit our time frame. The installation team showed up on time with everything they needed. They were respectful to my family and our home. They did a perfect job and competed our entire 3500 sq. ft. house in 2 days including removing all the debris and vacuuming up. We enjoyed an awesome experience and are loving our new floors.
