Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the staff’s helpful, patient support with flooring and rug selections; one customer also singled out quick updates on an order. Staff arranged home delivery after a Saturday pickup mix-up for one order, and praise also extends to a bedroom carpet installation and an at-home fix for an uneven rug underlay, with a replacement entrance rug brought along.
Customer Reviews
Ardeth Ellis
We required an odd-sized underlay for our wool area rug, and Mark Hussain was very helpful and accommodating in sourcing what we needed. From my initial phone call, to gather information, to meeting Mark in the showroom, his customer service was top notch. It was a real bonus dealing with someone so welcoming and willing to find a solution. Needless to say, we are very happy customers!

We had a very positive experience with our flooring purchase. Alice assisted us with choosing our floors, ordering from the manufacturer and the delivery. There was a mix up with the warehouse when we came to pick up our floors on a Saturday (the warehouse wasn't open) and Alice got back to me within the hour and arranged for delivery to our home. Alice was always extremely quick to reply and her communication regarding the status of our order and shipping was very impressive. Would recommend!
