We required an odd-sized underlay for our wool area rug, and Mark Hussain was very helpful and accommodating in sourcing what we needed. From my initial phone call, to gather information, to meeting Mark in the showroom, his customer service was top notch. It was a real bonus dealing with someone so welcoming and willing to find a solution. Needless to say, we are very happy customers!
We had a very positive experience with our flooring purchase. Alice assisted us with choosing our floors, ordering from the manufacturer and the delivery. There was a mix up with the warehouse when we came to pick up our floors on a Saturday (the warehouse wasn't open) and Alice got back to me within the hour and arranged for delivery to our home. Alice was always extremely quick to reply and her communication regarding the status of our order and shipping was very impressive. Would recommend!
Alice Yang helped me with the carpet replacement for my bedroom in my condo. The installer did a beautiful job I love my new carpet! Really transformed the space I am super happy :)
In a day where customer service is almost non existent, Jordans staff provided top notch customer service! I dealt with 3 staff members (Alice, Peter & Mark) and all of them were extraordinarily helpful, friendly and very informative. I ordered a custom area rug for my living room and it is beautiful. My only issue was that the underlay was short on 2 ends by over 5" and it was starting to create a line where the underlay ended. It was really bothering me so I called Alice at Jordans and she immediately referred the situation to her manager Peter. He connected with me very promptly with a solution. I had also purchased an entrance rug and noticed the corners fraying. Both Alice & Peter came out to my house and between the 2 of them, repositioned the existing underlay and hand sewed an additional section so all sides were even. They also brought a replacement entrance rug so I did not have to drive back to the store. It is so refreshing to meet people that have amazing work ethics and care about their customers. I am telling everyone I know about Jordans and this very rare and amazing experience. Thanks again to all 3 of you!
Having just had my sofa set recovered and needing to refresh my carpeting, I happened into Jordans Flooring on United Boulevard to look at options and I had the good fortune to meet Alice Yang, Sales Associate and Interior Designer extraordinaire. She helped me through the selection process until I spotted the most incredibly perfect carpet that now lays beautifully on my living room floor. Alice showed great patience through my many telephone calls and visits to Jordans and I am grateful to her for both sharing her design expertise and offering exceptional service. Jordans became my one-stop-shop and I’m placing a new painting on my wall as well! I highly recommend Jordans to anyone who is shopping for flooring; they have a wide selection of carpeting, hardwood and vinyl and could meet everyone’s flooring needs plus, there are in-house experts to assist in making the right decision for your personal requirements. I also suggest dropping into Jordans Interiors for some home decorating suggestions. But, first, ask for Alice and you won’t be disappointed.
