Sending the best teams she had for the installation and following up with us to ensure that we’re happy every step of the way not just before the purchase not just during the installation but even after the installation, she’s called back multiple times to make sure that we’re happy with the results and we are Couldn’t have asked for a better team for this project. Extremely happy with both the service and the product.
The people I dealt with at Kuhn were very professional and responsive. Annette, the salesperson was helpful, not pushy and made good suggestions. We are pleased with our new floor and the choices we made. They completed the installation of my home: great room, two bedrooms and den in one day! There was one small matter (a threshold connecting bathroom to bedroom) we weren’t happy about. The response was timely and it was resolved quickly, even though it was during the holiday season. I highly recommend this company without reservation.
Kuhn's professional and personable and talented staff measured, cut and installed gorgeous carpeting for my home. This was no easy task, as irregular shapes and jogs would be challenging to any installer, but not to these. Their work rose to the exactitude of fine sculpture. Yet the interactions among the crew were peppered with unselfconscious please and thank yous. What a pleasure to have them in my house, doing such meticulous and beautiful work! Will recommend Kuhn's to all who have flooring needs.
