This was the first store my wife and i checked out to decide what flooring we wanted to remodel our master bedroom and Gabriel was great from the jump. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest regarding the products we felt comfortable immediately. He came over within a day or two to get an official quote and with reasonable pricing the job is done and the wife and i are stoked. I strongly recommend SoCal Flooring CARPET ONE!!They offer a very large variety of flooring like, carpet, waterproof flooring - luxury vinyl floors, hardwood, tile & laminate.Their customer service is great and they are very expedite with their installation. The high quality of the installation comes with the warranty of Carpet One backing up any installation issue that could occur. Installation is made by licensed contractors and it gives me the confidence of not loosing the manufacturer warranty because of some cheap out of garage job.I have friends who wanted to save money with the installation and end up having a bad install and had to replace their floors in couple years. Carpet One is giving lifetime installation warranty with their products!!Customer service here is great and If you are looking for great deals for a larger size job, this is the best place for you!
We recently used Carpet One in Corona to remove our old laminate and carpet and replace it with LVP throughout the house. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. We worked with Gabriel who did everything he could to ensure the job was on budget and on time. The installers they use are meticulous and reliable. They worked really hard to keep dust down and didn't damage anything in the process. Their work is fantastic. We are really happy with the results and recommend them wholeheartedly.
